Enquiry and quote
Send the commodity, weight, dimensions, origin and required date. We come back with the freight and clearing estimate and the assumptions behind it.

Documentation and booking
Invoices, packing lists and permits are prepared and checked, the space is confirmed, and you get the cut-off times in writing.

Clearing at destination
Entry filed, valuation agreed, duties paid and release chased by the same person who quoted you.

Delivery and proof of receipt
From the airport to your store, bonded or plain, with the signed receipt returned to you the same day.
